His knowledge of construction allows Lance to easily solve potential operational issues and mitigate risk to the benefit not only BBL but its partners and clients also.

Chris upholds the quality and precision of all pricing submissions sent out by BBL. His attention to detail and understanding of project documentation allows Chris to construct projects on paper and price these to a high standard. He ensures risks are understood internally and externally and is a key factor in BBLs on going success in the construction industry.

Eliot brings a fresh exciting style of pricing; clients are drawn to his calmness and willingness to listen to their project dreams and works closely with them to turn their dreams into reality. Eliot has a strong focus on exceeding clients’ expectations with both project delivery and budget while also managing BBLs non price attribute and tender submissions to key stake holders.

James manages all key operations for BBL from material purchasing, Health & safety and Quality assurance with workmanship and product specifications. James carries a large amount of responsibility in guiding the BBL team and is depended on for work continuity and performance. James bridges the gap between the office management and the teams on BBLs work sites and maintains clear and precise communication enhancing operational success.

Sally has a wealth of knowledge in accounting and the financial management of Bushnell Builders. Sally is critical to the financial performance of BBL, being in charge of pay roll, payment claims and regular reviews of income and expenditure. Sally plays a huge part in the continual improvement of Bushnell Builders financial health while ensuring all staff, sub-contractors and suppliers are paid on time. She is the rock of the office team.
