Lance personally manages all on-site aspects of Bushnell’s projects. He over-sees project deliverables and supports on-site staff to progress works and delivers projects to desired outcomes. Lance also oversees Health and Safety and apprentice training. Lance and his two sons, Brad (Project Manager) and Corey (Apprentice) illustrate Bushnell's Strong family orientated culture

Chris Duncan
Chief Estimator
Chris is a very experienced estimator and Project Manager with experience both in New Zealand and overseas. Chris has been with Bushnell’s since 1998 and has successfully tendered, project managed and completed numerous contracts throughout the South Island.

Sally Latham
Accounts Manager

Brad Austin
Project Manger
Brad is a qualififed carpenter who has been with Bushnells since 2006. Having completed his apprentiship and gaining experience in Australia, Brad has quickly risen through the ranks and became one of our top foreman. Brad now oversees mulitiple sites and ensures things happen accordingly.

Eliot Bushnell
Quantity Surveyor
Eliot is a qualified carpenter currently studying towards a Diploma of Quantity Surveying. With a building background he has a good understanding of construction methodology and techniques. Eliot is a qualified STMS and has input into the Health and Safety regime at Bushnell Builders.

James Neale
Purchasing and logistics
James has been with Bushnells since 2009. As a qualified carpenter and LBP accreditation, James has over 20 years experience in the building industry. James overseas daily purchasing and logistics within the company, and also plays a significant role in the health and safety aspect of Bushnell Builders.

Frank Bruton
Workshop Manager
Frank is a qualified Diesel Mechanic who has been with Bushnell’s since 2001. He is responsible for maintaining our fleet of vehicles and extensive inventory of plant.
