Lance personally manages all on-site aspects of Bushnell’s projects. He over-sees project deliverables and supports on-site staff to progress works and delivers projects to desired outcomes. Lance also oversees Health and Safety and apprentice training. Lance and his three sons Brad (Project manager), Camden (Carpenter) and Corey (Apprentise), embody Bushnells very family orientated culture.
Chris is a very experienced estimator and Project Manager with experience both in New Zealand and overseas. Chris has been with Bushnell’s since 1998 and has successfully tendered, project managed and completed numerous contracts throughout the South Island.
Sally has been with Bushnell’s since 1996 and is usually the first point of contact in the office. Sally looks after all day to day accounting
Brad is a qualififed carpenter who has been with Bushnells since 2006. Having completed his apprentiship and gaining experience in Australia, Brad has quickly risen through the ranks and became one of our top foreman. Brad now oversees mulitiple sites and ensures things happen accordingly.
Eliot is a qualified carpenter currently studying towards a Diploma of Quantity Surveying. With a building background he has a good understanding of construction methodology and techniques. Eliot is a qualified STMS and has input into the Health and Safety regime at Bushnell Builders.
David oversees all accounting, payroll and the procurement and distribution of material and plant.
Frank is a qualified Diesel Mechanic who has been with Bushnell’s since 2001. He is responsible for maintaining our fleet of vehicles and extensive inventory of plant.
