Café to rebuild it after the
existing building was destroyed by
fire. Bushnells successfully negotiated
to undertake this contract which was
completed on time and within a very
tight budget.
Wild
South Northlands Mall and Hanmer Springs
Bushnell
Builders were approached by Wilson
and Hill Architects to undertake refurbishment
of the existing shop in Northlands
Mall. Following successful completion
of this work Bushnells undertook the
fit out of a new Wild South store
in Hanmer Springs.

building contracts. A negotiated contract enables the Contractor and Client
to work closely together to select subcontractors on the basis of
quality of workmanship, price and performance to time.
These contracts are usually undertaken on an ‘open
book’ basis where all Bushnell pricing is available for scrutiny.
