Bushnells completes a significant number of negotiated building contracts. A negotiated contract enables the contractor and client to work closely together to select subcontractors on the basis of quality of workmanship, price and performance to time.
These contracts are usually undertaken on an ‘open book’ basis where our pricing is available for scrutiny. The advantages of this type of contract to you are:

Tendered Contract Work
Our extensive construction knowledge is used to confirm the ‘buildability’ of a project prior to preparation of a tender price. We can provide consultants and clients with our most realistic construction tender offer.
We offer competitive tenders for all types of building projects. We have a team of fully qualified quantity surveyors who prepare tenders and administer projects.
Microsoft Project is utilised to manage the programming of our projects and work on site and at project meetings is regularly monitored against the programme to ensure timely completion. On completion of our contracts, we take responsibility for obtaining Code Compliance Certification.
We have good relationships with a wide range of subcontractors, resulting in competitive quotations for subcontract work and maximise subcontractor performance on-site to ensure a high quality product that is delivered on time.
